DFW PMers,

My team is looking for an additional DBA/System Administrator.  Job includes administration/architecture/testing/monitoring/programming (incl. Perl)/big data/databases/virtualization/clustering/ansible.  Job is mainly on the hypervisor/vm/os/db level, but touches on all levels of technology, including some AI/image recognition.  On top of our virtual layer, the systems are a mixture of Linux and Windows, along with about four different tech stacks on top of that.

Manager is stressing we are looking for DBA and Linux skills.  We have many (hundreds) of systems we support, including some database clusters.  We support performance and project management applications for North American wireless networks, ramping up for the in progress 5g rollout.

I've been at Ericsson for 10 years (15 at job, some of us are old Nortel teams).  Office is in Plano off of Legacy and DNS (near jobs of legacy).  There would be no travel unless you count Richardson.  Job is mainly 8 to 5 with some weekend maintenance windows/on call work.
