[DCPM] Javascript event model - Haptic

Work needs someone who understands the Javascript event model, and how it
changes for mobile devices to make a few changes.

So basically web page stuff with touch interfaces. Anyone with a solid
grasp of the event model can probably read the Apple Mobile Safari docs
and blag their way past me.

They'll need to know Perl as well....

Seems a plausible combination, but if someone knows someone.....
