[DCPM] anybody interested in a S/West area Dynamic Language User Group

Hi All,

Given there aren't really enough hackers for regular meets (or even
list traffic) for perl, python or php in most s/west counties/areas, I
thought it would be worth creating a larger user group covering all
dynamic languages and the whole south/west area.

I rather like "Dynamic Language haCKerS" which can be abbreviated to
DLCKS, which would allow you to pronounce it like a well known enemy
of Dr Who.
