[DCPM] meet up?

That would be because there haven't been any!

Explanation: I set up this as part of a set of four - Linux, OpenPGP, Perl and 
C/C++ - meetups. It was really just an experiment during the testing of new 
ways of running the DCGLUG website.

Interest has been stunning - zero!

We've had one DCPM meeting that I remember in Exeter, there's no reason not to 
have another at some time. We can arrange it via the list or the website. The 
problems with the website are two-fold: 
a fascination with regular monthly meets and
a propensity to send v.frequent emails.

I get the feeling it's meant to groups of less busy people concentrated in 
smaller geographical areas. i.e. it is a USA model.
