[DCPM] meeting up

Not much traffic on this lately, so I will propose a date/time.  How does
Thursday 1st September 19:00/19:30 suite?  In Okehampton, EX20 1UY.  Any
other day that week is fine if this is not popular, but we need to start
somewhere.
