[Columbus-pm] Linode is now a columbus pm sponsor

Linode is going to provide 4x3 month linode subscriptions for the speaker
swag.

Also, old bag of nails in grandview has donated gift certificates and
t-shirts.

Apress swag is in the mail.

Each speaker will get 1 item of choice from the speaker table of swag.

In an unrelated note, we still have room for a second speaker at next week's
pm meeting. Who's in? Only rule is that I'd like to avoid having the same
speaker 2 months in a row.
