Mostly English.

You can specify dates auto-magically with things like:

"tomorrow"
"next Wednesday"
"Nov 18"
"November 18, 2009"
"a week from tomorrow"
"next year"
"next christmas"

And you can also do date math in a similar way.

I'm not sure what's new in 6.0 though.
