I'm friends with one of the organizers for YAPC::NA::2009 (Casey West)
and can get contacts with anyone who's organized a YAPC::EU or
YAPC::SA (am good friends with mst). So, if anyone has any questions
as to how to go about it, I can put people in contact as needed.
