[PerlChina] Perl with opensources

对于我这样的新手来说，实在不知道自己能为Perl社区做点什么。
不过，我感觉现在perlchina社区并不怎么活跃，甚至可以说有点死气沉沉的，不知道大家有没有什么好的建议和办法来改善目前国内perl社区的这种状态？
总感觉我们应该做点什么，但是应该如何做呢？
