[PerlChina] Perl 5.10 发布稿翻译

 官方的文档里可没有这样丧气的话

我不觉得Perl在没落，只不过在ISP世界PHP比较流行而矣，PHP比较容易上手，随便学学就可以说自己是个PHP开发，但是做Perl的开发没那么容易的。

像LiveJournal这样的庞大网站(dangga.com支持)还是用perl在开发的。
