5.10 应该是这个月 18号公布，所以新闻发布应该也是那个时间。

新闻稿不长，我想 klaus 应该就可以搞定了 :) klaus 翻译好后可以转发给 fayland, barryet 共同审校一下。怎么样？

在 5.10 公布前新闻稿请暂不要公开。
