[PerlChina] character displaying problem

   Very happy to see the china-pm list is on its way now :-),but it
seems there has a character desplaying problem.I got some chaotic
chars(except english chars) in your posted mesg,I have tried
GB2312/UTF8/BIG5，still useless...I think the mail list need your more
configurations ,may be we can ask the owner of the ubuntu mail list
for help.;-)
