trouble viewing messages you've sent them, we recommend using 'UTF-8'
(Unicode) for all outgoing mail. UTF-8 is a standard encoding that's
accepted by many email clients.

看来如果不全部使用 gmail 的话，所有的从 gmail 发送出去的邮件应该设定强行使用 utf8 比较好点。估计其他的 web mail
也有相应的设置问题。
