It looks like you're missing some base libraries.  Not knowing what OS
you are using, but for instance with a Debian-based system, this might
require things like libssl-dev.  In fact if you use a package system, it
might be best to just use the perl package of that library so it will
pull in all that you need.  Again on Debian, 'apt-get install
libnet-ssleay-perl' should do the trick.
