[Chicago-talk] Net::SSH::W32Perl

That module has a lot of known issues. I couldn't get it to work
consistently (win <-> Solaris). See perlmonks.org. I abandoned it for
Net::SSH2, and that only worked in limited ways.

I can send you my wrapper utils, but right now am on the train
