You'll have until the end of April to get in on the early registration.

We'll be getting started about 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. Monday morning, so
you'll probably want to get in the night before.  If you need an
excuse to leave early, typically a group goes out the Sunday night
before YAPC for a dinner.  Also, there has been some rumbling about a
hack-a-thon.  And if you want, it seems like the Sox might be playing
early that Sunday.
