[Chicago-talk] Can't install/compile Date::Calc

On my non-Debian system it looks like cc1 is part of the cpp package:

$ rpm -qf /usr/libexec/gcc/i386-redhat-linux/3.4.2/cc1
cpp-3.4.2-6.fc3

Do you have the cpp package?
