[Chicago-talk] vCalendar in perl

I couldn't find anything cpan/google wise so ... anybody know of a 
vCalendar (something that Outlook can eat) creation/parser for perl?  I 
found sourceforges yntef but it won't compile easily on my Solaris system. 
 I just want to take a simple date and make a .vcs file to attach to an 
email so Outlook folks can add it to their calendars.
