What a great bunch of talks we had! We had both useful (benchmarking
regular expressions) and obscure (knitting as cellular automata) and
everything else in between. Thanks to everyone who spoke. I'll try to
have slides up in the next day or two, as well as Elizabeth's knitting
code.

The August talk will be me, talking about the mysterious -T flag and
why it's important to anything you do that involves input from the
outside world. I'm working on getting author Reuven Lerner to talk to
us for September.

I've updated the member directory page a bit:
http://chicago.pm.org/members.html I've added my AIM address, because
I've found AIM to be a tremendous way to have help at hand. If anyone
has changes to their information, or you'd like me to add your instant
message ID to your listing, please let me know in email.

xoa
