New Yorkers tend to look at it the other way around:
the entire universe is a suburb of NY [and should pay
appropriate taxes :-].

I am still working with the people at IIT, however, and
thus do have a connection for getting space there if
anyone wants to meet at IIT's main campus -- or possibly
in the loop.
