Teksystems is looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in
software design and the software development life cycle.  This person must
be self motivated and an effective team player with experience using Linux
and open-source products and tools.

*Required skills:  *

·         BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of training and
experience.

·         Experience in object-oriented design and programming using LAMP
technologies.

·         A solid background of SQL and database programming.

·         Strong PERL / PHP development, mod_perl and HTML::Mason skills.

·         Familiarity with CSS, XHTML and JavaScript.

·         Ability to communicate effectively with internal clients
cross-functional teams.

*Desired skills:*

·         Experience with AJAX or JSON.

·         Use of Subversion or other source code management and build tools.

·         Familiarity with search engines, caching strategies and web
optimization for high traffic web sites.

·         Previous work with secure servers, events, web analytics or
ecommerce systems.
