[Charlotte.PM] Rose DB

I did use Class::DBI back in the day, but since the fallout with the
guy that maintained Class::DBI (search the mailing list archives, he
refused to add features that the community wanted and shut down the
mailing list for a week or so, just cause), I moved to using DBIC.
