[Charlotte.PM] Perl Mongers Meeting

Hi Mongers,

I hope everyone is enjoying the last weeks of the summer. I've been
looking forward to our next meeting since I was out of the country last
month. Unfortunately I have a family commitment that has come up which
will have me out of town this Thursday. I'd like to see if everyone
would be willing to meet on the following Thursday, Aug. 24th.

As with the recent meetings, this will be a social gathering to talk
shop or whatever other topics may arise. If you haven't been to one of
our social meetings there is usu. a good bit of technical talk, so don't
think you'll be bored.

If the alternative date suits everyone, we'll pick a place. I heard one
suggestion for a new bar around the Gateway Village area in uptown.
Other ideas?
