[CMI.PM] Next Semi-Frozen CMI Meeting

I hereby propose February 27th at 6pm.  The venue you ask?  Let's try  
Atlanta Bread Company this time.  We've done Espresso Royal in SW  
Champaign, and on Campus, let's try something else.  I'll try to get  
the conference room there if this is an acceptable date, time, and  
venue.  Much thanks.
