[Cascavel-pm] Dúvidas com rotina Perl

Boa tarde pessoal,

Tenho algumas rotinas escritas em Perl e a parte de envio de email não está
funcionando. Sou novato em programação Perl e não estou conseguindo achar o
problema, essas rotinas rodam em plataforma Windows.

Segue em anexo uma rotina.
