line 89, at end of line
syntax error at /usr/local/apache/cgi-bin/dir/Ficha.pm line 89, near "use
strict"

Dá uma olhada na linha 89 do Ficha.pm. Provavelmente você esqueceu de
colocar ponto-e-vírgula no seu "use strict".
