Has anyone else read the article on Perl.Com about the upcoming dev
release of Perl? Here's the URI:

  http://www.perl.com/cgi-bin/pace/pub/1999/06/perl5-6.html

I understood about half of it, but I'm curious to poke at the new
extensions to regexp. I've also got to remember to read it at home where
I've got real audio to hear the comments about threading and compiling. =\

Anyone headed to Monterrey for Perl Conference 3.0?

--j, who wishes he could manufacture a good enough biz case to go.
