The position is for contracting on behalf of my company for a client of
ours NumbersUSA, that is a political lobbying organization.  It's a
full-time position, and there's a ton of work to be done.

The position is largely programming.  The organization uses Perl for a
large percentage of it's work.  Mostly mod_perl, and some CGI.  It uses
some PHP for a few parts.

Right now the position is a contracting position to ensure that we both
are interested in continuing.  We'll be transitioning to employment (if
the individuals want that).  The position is a telecommute position. 
There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to when you work as well. 
There's certainly a desire to work semi-traditional hours in the least. 
However, not a lot of strict need to work 9-5 per se.

If this sounds like the direction you want to head, then let me know
and we can certainly continue the discussion.  The process will require
an interview with us and a phone interview with the end client.
