Hi Dan,
Thanks for responding to this. For now it is just an opportunity to 
learn new technology as a non-affiliated helper. In the future this may 
lead to something more. There are several small projects on the to do 
list and if this company gets off the ground and there are some talented 
people who helped make it happen there may be more substantial 
opportunities for them. I believe our prototype is only a month away 
from a real product.
