<P>Hey, I had a really good time. It was a very interesting format and I think I gained some useful insights into professional programming. While Perl isn't the first language that I try to write in professionally (for better or worse) the insights I heard last night had very little to do with language and I think that speaks very well of the group and moderator!</P>
<P>Thx to Rob for hosting.</P>
<P>Next time, I'll bring bagles. That was my intention last night but a last minute "opportunity" came up and I had all I could do to keep it from derailing my being at the meeting.</P>
<P>As for "Higher Order Perl"? The concepts beyond ~page 100 are pretty much over my head and will require either study or "the problem". If the problem comes in the door, I'll learn to use the tool (technique, whatever). As for study - as I said last night, I usually require a class room for that to happen.</P>
