Hey folks,
After a few minor problems, I finally got p3r1.com up and running.
Check out http://p3r1.com/cgi-bin/printenv to see the system specs.
Drop me a message if you want an account (include your name and username 
you desire.  I'll shoot back a password once the account is created)
Right now, SSH and SFTP are available.   Sendmail is not yet installed 
correctly.
I'll be setting up the basic template processing and mod_perl handlers 
tomorrow.
The system is a virgin install of RedHat 7.2
