[Bloomington-normal-pm] Another Website Update

I've just added the following link to the web page for the mailing list
http://mail.pm.org/mailman/listinfo/bloomington-normal-pm, replacing the
old instructions to email majordomo at hfb.pm.org.  Maybe the easy-to-use web
interface will encourage more subscribers.  Who knows what happens if
someone emails majordomo at hfb.pm.org now that we use the new list
management system...

On a side note, I've been in a system administration daze all day today,
so on bloomington-normal.pm.org, I typed "sudo vi index.shtml" without
realizing that it's not a system I administer.  Oops.  Hope they don't
read their logs.
