Perrl conferences and professional bodies

Is there anything helpful that the Belfast Branch of the BCS could do 
for the Perl Conference? We can't do much in the way of fincncial help 
(since we don't have much money). But there may be some publicity angles 
we can exploit.

I can raise it with the committee if it's considered helpful.
