This is not true.  Marty and I are organising it on behalf of
Belfast.pm.  Belfast.pm are going to be the hosts for the conference.
Marty and I agreed to take responsibility for the conference when we
contacted YAS and submitted the proposal.

If Kasei gets involved at all it will be as a sponser.

No, but I will be looking for help for all the various tasks that need
done.  And we will have a mailing list once I get some information from
YAS.

Karen hasn't picked 'volunteers'.  Karen has had email from people who
wanted to help before the proposal went in :)  Karen is hoping that these
people will still want to help.

I can't give you anymore information at the moment about what is
happening as I need to get in touch with the committee and discuss some
of the details of the conference.  When I have done that I will post
more information to the list.
