Maybe.  Some of these requirements were not met for previous
conferences. e.g. I have never been a dinner for the full assemebly in
Europe - they did do this in YAPC::America though.  Or one that
provided breakfast.  But we do need to find somewhere to host it in the
centre of Belfast.  I have been considering Spires, Queens (although the
only building that it is easy to hire rooms in is the Social Sciences
building) the Waterfront Hall and W5.

It all comes down to size, cost and the amount of sponorship.  Once the
next call comes out (can't remember what they call it - just know it's
the one that we need to provide details of the bid for) we will have a
meeting to discuss all the possibilities.
