perl and webservers

hey,

I'm looking for a way of being able to get a perl 
script(docroot/data/css.css) to be able to feed out css information based on 
a dynamic script. Also with a .js script.
If anyone can tell me a way of doing this in apache config or a nice way in 
perl then it would be of great help.
