Here is what I know now: I got email > yesterday from someone who might want me to come to Portugal to teach > a week of classes. If I did come, I would probably visit Lisbon.pm, > and it might be possible to visit Barcelona also. The Lisbon people and YAPC::Paris have both committed to bring me to Europe. So I will be there. My dream plan is this: I will fly into Paris and attend YAPC::Paris. I wil stay in Paris for a few days after the conference. Then I will take the train to Barcelona and speak to Barcelona.pm and spend a couple of days in Barcelona. Then I will take the train to Lisbon and do my Lisbon work. Then I will either fly home from Lisbon or fly back to Paris and then home. An alternative, if I can't arrange to arrive in Paris and depart from Lisbon, would be to fly into Lisbon and then directly to Paris. I expect that the Lisbon people will pay for my transportation across the Atlantic and back. So I will want Barcelona and Paris to pay for the train trips, and possibly for a flight from Lisbon to Paris. The train trips might also be replaced with plane trips if I decide that the trains take too long. =20 Do you have any thoughts? ]
