No habia probado el plugin (http://www.kwiki.org/?KwikiAttachmentsPlugin). Lo 
puse porque me parecio que podiamos utilizarlo. El resultado debería ser el 
que se ve en la web del autor (ej. 
http://www.quiltzilla.com/index.cgi?AuntGracieSampler); no obstante él tiene 
una versión algo diferente a la que hay en la web de kwiki, porque en su web 
no es explícita la manera de poner attachments en las páginas, debe tener 
cerrada la entrada, mientras el plugin claramente coloca un botón para 
hacerlo en todas las páginas.

Veo que hay abierto un bug con los problemas de este plugin en las recientes 
versiones de kwiki. Los problemas descritos son exactamente los que nos 
pasan:

(/kwiki/plugin/attachments/YourPage/the_attachment.txt). However, these

the page does not include the page_id, e.g.

    * Using the syntax shown on http://www.kwiki.org/?KwikiAttachmentsPlugin

O sea, que es para mirarselo. No creo que sea difícil, porque es un código 
pequeño, pero hay que dedicarle un rato. Está en la página de kwiki, todo 
copiado (http://www.kwiki.org/?KwikiAttachmentsPlugin). Yo ahora voy algo 
pillado de tiempo, si alguien no lo puede mirar ya buscare el momento, no 
prometo prisas...
