[Bangalore-pm] India in 2007 Perl survey

I came across a survey of Perl programmers done in 2007 (
http://perlsurvey.org/static/PerlSurvey2007A4.pdf), and saw this in there:

The first non-western country to appear in

Also:

The most widely spoken non-European language was Mandarin (37 respondents)
