Reason to change day from saturday to friday : Many perl enthusiast are interested to attend but somehow they are travelling alternatively on weekends.Lets not miss them.
They suggest friday evening should be fine.What do you guys think?

Our plans for YAPC::INDIA

	1. Build up perl community [ group plan ]
	2. Local perl workshops (visu,etc)
	3. Get Speakers (venkat,visu,etc)
	4. Git hub information ( Upasana,venkat,etc )
	5. sponsorship ( saran,vasunth,etc)
	6. YAPC India date ~ 6 months (Ya'akov Sloman,Upasana,etc)
	7. JOB FAIR (kiran,suraj,etc)
	8. Wiki (suraj)
	9. Next meet up --> 20th July (saran)
Upasana : Here is how the event planned

1) Welcome speech 
Everyone introduced how they started using perl
Discussion about YAPC::INDIA
2)Lightening talks - 
Perl Internals (Saran) 
Interesting perl modules (visu)
3)Perl (mojocasts) demo (suraj)
4)snacks
5)presentation (venkat)
6)Demo (kiran,etc)
7)Conclusion speech


THINGS TO IMPROVE:

1) Better AV Streaming and better hangout session [ need volunteers ]
2) Few more lightening talks and demo
3) JOB FAIR
4) T-Shirt for blr pm.Lets try :)
5)Identify more and more volunteers.Next time am planning to book a Auditorium :)
6) Conference room details and office location in map
7) IT guys to guide guest wi-fi connectivity /charging spots
8) Invite all other pm [ Trying to send mail to all pm across india ]
