[Bangalore-pm] Suggestions for Perl Job Fair in the next meetup

In my email yesterday I had suggested saran to come up with a list of rules
for the mailing list when he takes over the moderation of the group.  We
can as a group decide if we want to allow  job posting or not.

we can add some rules like adding appropriate tag in the subject so that
people can filter out if they are not interested.

I personally think the traffic is pretty low right now so we should not
worry if someone posts a job .
