[Bangalore-pm] Things to discuss at meetup

Just a note that one of the three themes at YAPC::NA 2013 will be DevOps.  Systems administrators are a really important portion of the Perl community, really, our roots.  Supporting and encouraging Perl as the go-to language for DevOps and sysadmin work is a great service to the community.
