He used to recruit for booking.com: http://blogs.perl.org/users/ovid/2011/08/why-is-bookingcom-hiring-so-many-developers.html -- I think he still works there! He might be the perfect person to ask about moving to Amsterdam in general and working with booking.com in particular.
