It might make sense to host the website at, say,
http://www.bangaloreperl.org/; that way, you get control over the
hostname, can host your own e-mail, and other domain-related benefits.
bangalore.pm.org could then configured to point to the same address.
Having a site named "bangaloreperl.org" might also be easier for
people to find when looking for Perl related stuff in/around
Bangalore.
