Hi,

"Perl Black book" and "Pro Perl" are good books for exploring more on perl.

No need of training on perl, if you know basics of C or any programming.

Cheers...
Suhas

Hi Madhu,

What is the nature of your work? Web development with perl? System
Administration? I'd suggest picking up two books - Intermediate Perl
and The Perl Cookbook.

The second book should help you learn on the job while getting work done.

You can contact them, if you really feel you need a "classroom coaching".
Personally, I'd recommend the Cookbook and getting your hands dirty with
code.
