[baltimorepm] baltimore meetups

Hello,

I probably don't need to tell you that the last meetup Baltimore was
involved in was leading The Perl Conference in June, 2017 alongside the DC
PM group. Even before that event there hadn't been a meeting for months.
While I'm very interested in Perl and want to be involved in community
events like meetups, workshops and conferences, I haven't dedicated time to
hosting these meetings regularly for over a year now.

I've considered changing meeting formats and schedules but first I've
decided to see if there is any local interest in hosting the meetings. So
I'm reaching out here to see if anyone is interested in leading the
Baltimore Perl meetings. If so, send me a message please.
