a) you should probably consider posting this on jobs.perl.org, if you haven’t. It’s a free job listing service for the Perl community.

b) there are more and more of us that aren’t looking at anything that _isn’t_ remote, so that’s another thing to consider. It will *vastly* expand your candidate pool. Happy to discuss ways to expand the company culture to be remote friendly. 8^)
