Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Design and develop solid front-end solutions that integrate with other systems, technology, and back-end functionality with a heavy focus on creating the ideal user experience. Use analytics, user insight, best practices, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Provide quality design assets and expert UI/UX direction across the platform. Strive for responsive layouts using standard practices. Act as a primary point of contact and participate in all aspects of website development including analysis, planning, testing, development, and maintenance. Identify and apply the latest technologies, best practices, strategies and tactics to position MUSE?s product as a digital leader. Test and iterate ideas for projects rapidly. Execute design work consistent with brand standards, analytics insight and customer feedback. Be a creative problem solver, who can provide insightful, strategic and clever input. Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Be able to work with a team, set priorities, work under pressure, adapt to demanding situations, and maintain schedules.
