FWIW, dc.pm starts at 7:30pm. I think I'm probably reasonably unique
in wanting to come up to the meetings from DC, but generally, later
gets more people.

You may also want to try to find other like-minded groups in the area
and try to cross-pollinate.

If you get around to thinking about doing this seriously, please try
to reach out and coordinate with dc.pm. Some of us have kicked around
the idea of trying to host a workshop, but I think it would probably
be easier to hit the budgetary sweet spot in Baltimore...
