finding "projects" to work on and gotten feedback that it was helpful to them. Like many said earlier,
find something to do and do it. Make it happen. Sometimes it's hard to think of things that will lead you to diverse challenges, so the Learning Perl book and Code Chef can help supplement that if you don't have a dog like Joe's Yardbird that can use a personal web site.</div>
